All items in the shop are made by hand and most are made-to-order. Please allow 2-5 days up to a week to process your order. You will receive an email with tracking information to let you know your order is on the way once I have fulfilled your order. Please ensure the email you enter during checkout is correct, as that is how you will receive communications and updates about your order. 

Orders are generally shipped within one week using USPS or UPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $8.50 applies to domestic orders. I do ship internationally and the rate is subject upon entered international address and customs. (Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. By His Grace  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the buyer.)

Shipping Delays and Lost/Damaged Packages:

• By His Grace is NOT responsible for delays with USPS or UPS shipping.
• By His Grace is NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or items marked as “delivered”.
  
• If you receive a damaged package or your package is lost, you must file a claim directly with the carrier:
  • UPS Claims Support
  • FedEx Claims Support 
  • USPS Claims Support
• By His Grace is not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS, FedEx or UPS does not meet guaranteed shipping times. Contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
• Once an item is dropped off at USPS, FedEx or UPS it is out of my control. We have no affiliation with USPS and cannot control shipping times or delivery. Contact mail carriers directly for issues.

Tracking Information:

• Please allow up to three days for tracking information to populate after your package has been dropped off and scanned in with the carrier. 
• Please contact info@shopbyhisgrace.com after the estimated delivery time has passed.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
• By His Grace is not responsible if a package is shipped back due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
